Manager Consulting Practice (Assessments)
Location: New Delhi

The candidate should ideally be someone from a corporate HR function or a HR consulting role with 4-6 years of experience. Strong knowledge in HR processes of Recruitment, Organization Development and training & development function is a must. Experience in leading and building a team would be preferable but not necessary. Candidates currently in a consulting role where they undertake behavioral, psychometric assessment across the corporate sector would have a definite edge and would be preferred.

The role forays into understanding the clients HR processes and suggest developments on those. Thus making sure the processes experience continuous improvement. We are a very customer centric organization and customer satisfaction is always one of our top priorities. Hence the candidate would be able to help the sales team in implementing solutions and not just sell products. In the role of a HR Transition expert s/he should be able to recommend solutions that address the pain points of our clients namely – hiring, training, grooming, succession planning and attrition management.

The candidate should be aware of the challenges at work in a start up and also bear in mind the enormous growth prospects at offer. The role has to potential to grow into a function head role in time to come. Desired Profile

Pre Sales Associate
Location: New Delhi

The ideal candidate will be an all-rounded self-starter who will be responsible for the inside sales, pre-sales and marketing of Armezo Solutions' suite of online solutions. She/he should be a self-starter with high energy level with the ability to initiate and drive sales opportunities independently and reliably. She/he will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing sales channels, achieving the sales target, growing the market and customer base. His/her key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing Key Customer Accounts: focus on managing key customers accounts in the Government, GLCs, MNCs and SMEs segments with a view to retaining and growing the business;

Managing Strategic Alliances: collaborate with business systems teams to identify and recruit new partners to continuously enhance Business Solutions offerings;

Eligibility

She/he should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferably 6 months of experience in selling IT related products. She/he should have strong communication, coaching, business presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion to learn and pick up domain knowledge and technologies quickly. She/he should also be self-motivating and willing to put in the extra hours of work to grow the business.

She/he should also possess strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. She/he must be able to think out of the box to recommend solutions, conceptualize and carry out business plans, and work effectively with the technical team to deliver the solutions. Those with a background in consulting and a good understanding of popular technologies / packages / solutions, application frameworks & tools, software development life cycle and methodology will have a definite advantage.

Sales Manager
Location: New Delhi , Bangalore , Mumbai and Hyderabad .

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who will be responsible for handling end to sales for the organization in the designated territory. She/he should be a self-starter with high energy level with the ability to initiate and drive sales opportunities independently and reliably. She/he will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, establishing sales channels, achieving the sales target, growing the market and customer base. His/her key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Managing Key Customer Accounts:

Business Planning: develop business plans and strategies to increase market share in the local and international markets.

Sales and Marketing:
develop and implement marketing programs to generate demand and promote sales of Business Solutions offerings.

Developing New Business: undertake market research to identify new business opportunities, define and execute business plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Bid Preparation: formulate, prepare and present proposals for new bids including strategic, business and deal structuring aspects and collaborate with the professional services teams to develop winning bids for targeted accounts.

Eligibility

She/he should possess an advanced Degree or equivalent in managing business systems with preferably 4-5 years of experience in selling high end Business Solutions Platforms and related products. Leadership experience of at least a year in a sales environment is desired but not essential. She/he should have strong communication, coaching, business presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion to learn and pick up domain knowledge and technologies quickly. She/he should also be self-motivating and willing to put in the extra hours of work to grow the business.
